Remarks:

1. This appointment booking system is opened only to those children whose names have appeared in the ballot result.
2. Each child can register for only one nursery.
3. If parents want to transfer the children who are using the nursery services, to another nursery, first they need to apply the withdrawal procedures at the previous nursery, then proceed the registration at the new nursery.
4. If parents want to transfer the children who have registered already but not using the nursery services to another nursery, parents may directly go to the new nursery to complete the transfer procedures; you can also download the referral declaration form and authorize relatives and friends to go to the new nursery to handle the transfer procedures. The referral declaration form can be downloaded at the Website for Macao SAR Nursery Service Information.
5. Registration fee:
   1. Bank of China payment receipt MOP3300 (registration fee MOP100 and first month payment MOP3200). 2. Uniform purchasing in-loco, @MOP200. ***Payment by cash. No change available.***
6. For registration, please bring along the following documents:
   1. Registration form; 2. Six updated colour photographs in format 1”½; 3. Copy of Macau Resident Identity Card of parents and child; 4. Original Bank of China payment receipt ( Account: CRECHE DA SCMM- MENSALIDADES 1821-01-10-2676296); * Online transfers and mobile phone screenshots are not accepted * 5. Vaccination Bulletin (photocopy); 6. Individual Health Bulletin (photocopy); 7. Photocopy of Bank of China Macau - MOP account, with name and a/c number.
